Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result\-oriented **Senior Site Engineer – Civil** to oversee day\-to\-day construction activities at project sites. The candidate will be responsible for site execution, workforce coordination, quality control, material management, safety compliance, and ensuring that construction activities are completed as per approved drawings, specifications, timelines, and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily civil construction activities at residential and villa project sites.
• Execute construction work according to approved architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
• Plan daily site activities and coordinate with Project Managers, architects, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Monitor construction progress and ensure timely completion of project milestones.
• Ensure quality standards are maintained for RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, finishing, and other civil works.
• Verify site measurements, levels, dimensions, and alignment as per approved drawings.
• Coordinate labour teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth site operations.
• Monitor material requirements, consumption, wastage, and availability at the site.
• Check construction materials and workmanship for compliance with approved specifications.
• Identify site issues, resolve execution\-related problems, and escalate technical concerns when required.
• Maintain daily site progress reports, labour attendance, material records, and work completion updates.
• Coordinate with the Quantity Surveyor for measurements, BOQ verification, and billing\-related requirements.
• Ensure compliance with site safety procedures and maintain proper housekeeping.
• Review drawings and identify discrepancies before execution; coordinate with the design team for clarifications.
• Monitor contractor performance and ensure work is completed within approved budgets and schedules.
• Conduct regular site inspections and report progress, challenges, and resource requirements to the reporting manager.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of civil construction methods and site execution.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
• Experience in RCC works, shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, and finishing works.
• Knowledge of construction quality standards, site safety, and material management.
• Strong skills in site planning, labour management, and contractor coordination.
• Ability to prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation.
• Good problem\-solving, communication, and team management skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel is preferred.

Educational Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering.

Experience Requirements

• 5–8 years of relevant experience in civil construction and site execution.
• Experience in residential buildings, independent houses, luxury villas, or turnkey construction projects is preferred.
• Proven ability to independently manage site activities and coordinate multiple contractors.
• Candidates with strong knowledge of quality control, finishing works, and project execution will be preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000\.00 \- ₹48,000\.00 per month
