Artha Energy Resources LLP is looking for a dynamic and result\-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive business growth for industrial and commercial solar projects across assigned regions. The role focuses on lead generation, client acquisition, relationship management, proposal coordination, and supporting closures while working closely with internal teams.
*Key Responsibilities:**
Generate new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach
Build and maintain a strong database of prospective clients and decision\-makers
Schedule and conduct client meetings to understand project requirements
Present company capabilities, case studies, and solar energy solutions to clients
Coordinate with internal teams for site surveys and proposal preparation
Manage follow\-ups, negotiations, and client communication until closure
Maintain CRM records, MOMs, and regular sales updates
*Preferred Candidate Profile:**
2–5 years of experience in Business Development / B2B Sales / Industrial Sales
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
Experience in solar, renewable energy, EPC, electrical, or industrial solutions preferred
Comfortable with client meetings, lead generation, and proposal coordination
