A Business Development Executive is responsible for generating revenue for Artha Energy Resources LLP by taking ownership of received leads and ensuring their successful conversion into closed business contact.

- *Key Responsibilities \& Deliverables:**
- Sourcing accurate contact details from online sources like Internal Company Database, Lusha, LinkedIn and from offline networks of the decision makers of solar projects from the Purchase, Sustainability, Maintenance departments and C\-level executives of companies in the business of manufacturing of FMCG, Automobile, Industrial products, Polymers, Agriculture, Pharma or in the business of warehousing and datacenters
- Maintaining the database on the internal templates of the organization and the CRM – Artha Central.
- *Research and LinkedIn out\-reach**
- Conduct market research to identify prospective clients and actively engage them through outbound calls when no site meetings are scheduled.
- Spending 1 hour daily on LinkedIn in reaching out to decision makers of the target customer base.
- Preparing for meetings via structured research about the target client, making ROI’s and a tentative budgetary proposal
- Having effective sales meetings to:
- Understand the electricity consumption and capex willingness of the client
- Position Artha Energy Resources as the best choice for the client by showing the corporate video, company profile, and Case Studies
- Generate requirements for industrial\-scale solar projects from the client
- Explain Solar policy to the client
- Site Survey coordination
- FinaliseFinalize scope matrix and RFQ with client
- Create and Share Minutes of Meeting with client and superiors at Artha Energy Resources
- Create presentations based on the client's requirements
- Co\-ordinate with the operations team to generate a techno\-commercial proposal
Assist the BDM in negotiations with the client
- Write emails professionally to record all discussions with the client
- Be the interface between the client and the operations team from contact to Purchase Order
- *Performance Metrics (KPIs):**
+ Number of client meetings per week and month.
+ Number of leads converted per month.
+ Monthly revenue generated.**Must Have:**
+ Graduate in Engineering/Commerce/Management; MBA preferred.
+ 1 \- 4 years of experience in Business Development / Sales i
+ Strong research, communication, and negotiation skills.
+ Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools (preferably Pipedrive), and online lead\-generation platforms.
+ Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment with revenue accountability.
