### **Job Overview**

  • *Gitakshmi Technolabs** is looking for an experienced **Business Development Manager (B2B)** to drive business growth in the **EdTech and Training industry**. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B sales, client acquisition, and promoting EdTech solutions, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and digital learning services.

### **Key Responsibilities**

  • Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities in the EdTech and Training industry.
  • Promote EdTech solutions, LMS platforms, and digital learning services to educational institutions and corporate clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, universities, training institutes, and corporate learning teams.
  • Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, and outbound sales activities.
  • Conduct product presentations, client meetings, and solution demonstrations.
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable learning solutions.
  • Prepare business proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and project execution.
  • Track sales performance and maintain accurate records in CRM.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

### **Required Skills**

  • 3–6 years of B2B Business Development or Sales experience.
  • Experience in **EdTech, Educational Services, Training Industry, or LMS sales** is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning solutions.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build long\-term client relationships.
  • Self\-motivated with a target\-driven approach.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

### **Preferred Qualifications**

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
  • Experience working with educational institutions or corporate training clients will be an added advantage.

  • Lead the entire sales cycle

  • Bachelor Degree or Higher

  • Perfect written English
  • Highly creative and autonomous
  • Valid work permit for Belgium
