Carpenter (Real Estate)

Location: Dhakoli, Zirakpur (Near Sector 20, Panchkula)

Job Responsibilities

Perform carpentry work at residential and commercial construction sites.

Install and repair doors, windows, wardrobes, cabinets, and wooden fixtures.

Handle modular kitchen fittings, furniture installation, and interior finishing work.

Carry out maintenance and repair of wooden structures in flats and common areas.

Take accurate measurements and perform cutting, fitting, and installation work.

Coordinate with site engineers and supervisors to complete assigned tasks.

Ensure quality workmanship and timely completion of work.

Maintain tools, equipment, and workplace safety.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 6 months of experience in carpentry work.

Experience in residential flats, real estate projects, or interior finishing preferred.

Knowledge of plywood, MDF, HDMR, laminates, hinges, and hardware fittings.

Ability to use carpentry tools and machinery safely.

Basic understanding of measurements and technical drawings.

Hardworking, punctual, and responsible.

Salary \& Benefits

Salary: Negotiable (Based on Experience and Skills)
