Civil Engineer (Structure & Interiors)

Job Responsibilities

Structural \& Civil Construction

Supervise day\-to\-day construction activities at residential and commercial project sites.

Monitor RCC work, reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, brickwork, plastering, and flooring.

Ensure construction work is executed as per approved structural and architectural drawings.

Check material quality, workmanship, and site measurements.

Coordinate with contractors, labour teams, architects, and structural consultants.

Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion of work.

Interior \& Finishing Work

Supervise interior finishing, including tiling, false ceilings, painting, carpentry, and modular fittings.

Monitor installation of doors, windows, wardrobes, kitchens, and sanitary fittings.

Coordinate electrical, plumbing, and HVAC works with interior execution.

Ensure quality finishing and timely handover of residential flats.

Identify and rectify finishing defects and snagging issues.

Site Management \& Reporting

Prepare daily progress reports (DPR) and maintain site records.

Verify contractor bills, material consumption, and site measurements.

Assist in quantity estimation, BOQ preparation, and material requirements.

Ensure compliance with construction quality and safety standards.

Coordinate with project managers for smooth project execution.

Candidate Requirements

Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering.

Minimum 6 months of practical experience in construction, including structural and interior works.

Experience in residential apartments, high\-rise buildings, or commercial projects preferred.

Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, BOQ, and construction drawings.

Understanding of RCC, finishing materials, and construction methods.

Strong site supervision, coordination, and problem\-solving skills.

Ability to handle contractors and labour teams.

Hardworking, responsible, and result\-oriented.

Immediate joiners preferred.

Salary: Negotiable (Based on Experience and Skills)
