Job Responsibilities

Perform plumbing installation, maintenance, and repair work in residential and commercial properties.

Install and repair water supply lines, drainage pipes, taps, washbasins, toilets, showers, and sanitary fittings.

Handle CPVC, UPVC, PVC, and GI piping systems.

Identify and repair water leakage, drainage blockages, and plumbing faults.

Install and maintain concealed flush tanks, geysers, water pumps, and bathroom fittings.

Carry out routine plumbing inspections and preventive maintenance.

Attend plumbing complaints in flats and common areas.

Coordinate with site engineers and maintenance supervisors.

Ensure quality workmanship, safety, and timely completion of assigned tasks.

Candidate Requirements

2 Years of experience in plumbing work.

Experience in residential flats, real estate projects, or commercial buildings preferred.

Good knowledge of plumbing materials, sanitary fittings, and drainage systems.

Ability to identify and resolve plumbing issues independently.

Basic understanding of plumbing drawings and measurements.

Hardworking, punctual, and responsible.

Immediate joiners preferred.
