Job Responsibilities

Telecalling \& Sales Support

Handle incoming and outgoing calls for residential property inquiries.

Generate leads and follow up with potential customers.

Schedule client meetings and property site visits.

Maintain daily calling reports and customer databases.

Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.

Follow up with Facebook, Instagram, and website leads.

Social Media Management

Manage the company's Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp Business accounts.

Create engaging posts, reels, stories, and promotional content.

Handle social media inquiries, comments, and direct messages.

Assist in running Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.

Create basic promotional designs using Canva.

Monitor social media engagement and lead generation.

Coordinate with the marketing team for project promotions.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 6 months of experience in telecalling, digital marketing, or social media management.

Real estate industry experience preferred.

Good communication skills in Hindi, Punjabi, and basic English.

Basic knowledge of Canva, Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp Business.

Good convincing and customer\-handling skills.

Basic computer knowledge, including Excel and CRM.

Confident, presentable, and result\-oriented personality.
