• *Position Summary**

Roswalt Buildcon Private Limited is seeking an experienced and dynamic **Construction Head** to lead the end\-to\-end execution of multiple high\-rise residential projects across Mumbai. Reporting directly to the Director – Construction, the Construction Head will be responsible for planning, execution, quality, safety, budgeting, resource management, and timely project delivery from excavation to final handover.

This leadership role requires extensive experience in managing large multidisciplinary teams, coordinating with consultants and contractors, and ensuring projects are delivered within budget while maintaining the highest quality and safety standards.

Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning \& Execution

• Lead and oversee the complete construction function for all ongoing and upcoming projects.
• Ensure projects are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, budgets, and timelines.
• Develop construction strategies, execution plans, and resource allocation plans.
• Monitor project schedules, construction progress, and milestone achievements.
• Ensure timely completion of projects from excavation to handover.

Project Management

• Manage multiple high\-rise residential projects simultaneously.
• Monitor project budgets, cost control, productivity, and resource utilization.
• Review construction methodologies and execution strategies.
• Resolve technical and operational issues affecting project execution.
• Ensure proper manpower deployment across projects.

Coordination \& Stakeholder Management

• Coordinate with Architects, Structural Consultants, MEP Consultants, PMC, Contractors, Vendors, and Internal Departments.
• Conduct regular project review meetings with project teams.
• Present project progress reports to senior management.
• Ensure effective communication among all stakeholders.

Quality Assurance \& Safety

• Implement and maintain QA/QC procedures across all project sites.
• Ensure compliance with approved quality standards and specifications.
• Enforce statutory regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Monitor project inspections, testing, snagging, and commissioning activities.

Cost Control \& Budget Management

• Monitor project costs against approved budgets.
• Optimize project expenditure without compromising quality.
• Review procurement plans and contractor performance.
• Monitor productivity and recommend corrective measures for cost optimization.

Team Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and develop Project Managers, Construction Managers, Site Engineers, and Site Teams.
• Build a high\-performance culture across all construction projects.
• Ensure effective workforce planning and succession development.

Reporting \& Documentation

• Prepare and present weekly and monthly project progress reports.
• Review project dashboards, KPIs, and construction MIS reports.
• Ensure accurate documentation and project records are maintained.
• Support management during internal and external audits.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Mandatory).
• Minimum **20 years** of experience in the construction industry.
• At least **10 years** of experience in a senior leadership role.
• Proven experience in executing **multiple high\-rise residential projects** from excavation to handover.
