We are looking for an experienced **MEP Engineer** to manage the execution, coordination, and supervision of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works across our high\-rise residential projects.

Job Summary

The MEP Engineer will be responsible for planning, coordinating, supervising, and monitoring all Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, HVAC, and ELV works at the project site. The role requires close coordination with civil, finishing, and subcontractor teams to ensure MEP works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities1\. MEP Execution \& Site Management

• Supervise day\-to\-day execution of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP), Fire Fighting, HVAC, and ELV works.
• Ensure all MEP activities are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Coordinate with civil and finishing teams to avoid execution conflicts.
• Monitor manpower deployment and subcontractor performance.
• Ensure timely completion of all MEP activities within project deadlines.

2\. Planning \& Coordination

• Coordinate with Project Managers, Architects, Consultants, and MEP Contractors.
• Review construction drawings and shop drawings before execution.
• Plan material requirements and coordinate with the Purchase and Store departments.
• Attend site coordination meetings and resolve technical issues.

3\. Quality Control

• Ensure all MEP installations comply with approved specifications and relevant Indian Standards.
• Conduct inspections and quality checks during execution.
• Coordinate inspections with consultants and clients.
• Ensure testing and commissioning activities are completed successfully.

4\. Material Management

• Verify MEP material requirements and ensure timely procurement.
• Inspect delivered materials for quality and quantity.
• Monitor material consumption and minimize wastage.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely deliveries.

5\. Testing \& Commissioning

• Ensure all systems are fully functional before project handover.

6\. Documentation \& Reporting

• Maintain daily progress reports and site records.
• Prepare work progress reports and weekly MIS.
• Verify subcontractor bills and work measurements.
• Maintain inspection records, checklists, testing reports, and as\-built documentation.
• Coordinate with Planning and Billing teams for work progress updates.

Required Skills \& Competencies

• Strong knowledge of MEP execution for high\-rise residential buildings.
• Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings and shop drawings.
• Good understanding of NBC, IS Codes, and relevant statutory standards.
• Knowledge of testing and commissioning procedures.
• Strong coordination and subcontractor management skills.
• Excellent problem\-solving and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Office, and ERP software.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.

Experience

• **5–8 years** of experience in MEP execution within the **Real Estate / Construction industry**.
• **Mandatory experience in High\-Rise Residential Building projects.**
• Experience in handling complete MEP execution from basement to handover will be preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience working with reputed real estate developers or construction companies.
• Strong knowledge of MEP services coordination with RCC and finishing works.
• Experience in contractor management, testing \& commissioning, and project handover.
• Ability to manage multiple agencies and ensure timely project execution.
• Good leadership, coordination, and decision\-making skills.
• Willingness to work at project sites across Mumbai.

Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹50,000\.00 per month
