The Creative Delivery Manager is a client\-facing role responsible for managing the execution and delivery of creative production work for assigned client accounts. The Employee acts as the primary point of contact for clients in relation to creative deliverables and ensures that client requirements are accurately captured, communicated, and executed by internal creative and production teams.
The role focuses on delivery coordination, execution oversight, and quality assurance of creative outputs, ensuring alignment with client briefs, timelines, and requirements.
- Receive, review, and clarify creative briefs directly with clients to ensure requirements are accurately understood and documented.
- **Participate in client meetings as required**, including briefing sessions, progress updates, review discussions, and feedback alignment meetings. Ensure clear documentation and communication of outcomes from such meetings to internal teams.
- Coordinate with internal creative teams, designers, video producers, and other relevant specialists to communicate requirements and manage execution timelines.
- Oversee the production of creative assets, including but not limited to design materials, video content, digital creatives, and localized adaptations, from initiation to final delivery.
- Manage delivery schedules for assigned creative projects, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.
- Review all creative outputs prior to client submission to ensure accuracy, brand consistency, and adherence to approved briefs and specifications.
- Provide updates to clients regarding the status of creative production, revisions, and final deliverables.
- Collect, consolidate, and communicate client feedback to internal teams and ensure revisions are executed accurately and efficiently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Design, or a related field.
- 5\+ years of experience in client\-facing account management, project coordination, or creative delivery roles within a digital marketing, creative, or agency environment.
- Proven experience managing creative production workflows (design, video, digital assets, localization, or similar)
- Strong understanding of creative execution processes and delivery timelines.
- Experience working directly with clients and internal production teams.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work in fast\-paced, deadline\-driven environments.
- Strong attention to detail and quality assurance mindset.
- Ability to interpret client requirements and translate them into clear execution instructions.
