The Digital Marketing Project Manager is a client\-facing role responsible for managing the execution and delivery of digital marketing projects and campaigns for assigned client accounts. The Employee serves as a key coordination point between clients and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with campaign objectives and performance expectations.
The role involves close collaboration with cross\-functional teams and technical specialists to oversee digital marketing initiatives across paid search, paid social media, SEO, and marketing automation. The Employee is responsible for maintaining delivery timelines, managing project workflows, and supporting high standards of client service and operational efficiency.
- Manage the end\-to\-end delivery of digital marketing projects, including campaign planning, timeline management, task coordination, resource allocation, and execution oversight.
- Act as a primary point of contact during project execution and participate in client meetings, status updates, campaign reviews, and alignment discussions to ensure clear communication and expectation management.
- Coordinate directly with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of project requirements.
- Oversee the execution of digital marketing campaigns across paid search, paid social media, SEO, and marketing automation.
- Track project progress, monitor deliverables, and ensure all milestones and deadlines are achieved according to agreed schedules.
- Identify project risks, dependencies, or operational bottlenecks and coordinate timely solutions to minimize delays and maintain delivery quality.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and support the preparation of reports, post\-campaign evaluations, and client\-facing updates.
- Review deliverables prior to client submission to ensure alignment with project requirements, campaign objectives, and quality standards.
- Support continuous improvement of project workflows, communication processes, and operational efficiencies across teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in project management within a digital marketing, advertising, or agency environment.
- Proven experience managing digital marketing campaigns and cross\-functional project execution.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, and email campaigns, with the ability to align projects with strategic goals.
- Experience working directly with clients and internal delivery teams in fast\-paced environments.
- Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools.
- Familiarity with digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, HubSpot, or equivalent tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining attention to detail and delivery quality.
- Strong problem\-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and operational requirements.
Pay: ₹65,000\.00 \- ₹72,000\.00 per month
