• **MOONSTRUCK** is a fashion and clothing brand focused on delivering a great shopping experience to our customers. We are looking for a proactive, responsible, and customer\-oriented **CRM Executive** who can manage customer queries, handle calls and chats, and assist with day\-to\-day Shopify backend operations.

• Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally.
• Manage customer queries through WhatsApp, live chat, email, and other communication channels.
• Assist customers with order status, shipping updates, returns, exchanges, refunds, and product\-related queries.
• Maintain good customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Manage and update customer information in CRM tools.
• Have basic knowledge of CRM platforms and customer support tools.
• Manage basic Shopify backend operations, including checking orders, tracking shipments, updating order details, and handling cancellations.
• Coordinate with the warehouse, logistics, and internal teams to ensure smooth order processing.
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions and follow\-ups.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and customer relationship management.
• Basic working knowledge of Shopify backend.
• Comfortable handling phone calls, WhatsApp chats, and customer queries.
• Good problem\-solving and customer\-handling skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer conversations.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Google Sheets or Excel.
• Positive attitude, patience, and a customer\-first approach.
• Candidates with experience in e\-commerce, fashion, or D2C brands will be preferred.
• Experience in handling Shopify orders and customer support is an added advantage.
• Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to learn are welcome.

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹32,000\.00 per month
