Customer Service Cum Sales Executive- Logistics

• *Job Summary:**

SkyOcean is looking for a motivated Customer Service cum Sales Executive to manage customer relationships, handle freight inquiries, and develop new business opportunities across air, sea, and land freight services.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely shipment updates.
• Coordinate with internal teams and logistics partners to ensure smooth shipment handling.
• Generate sales leads, identify potential customers, and promote freight forwarding services.
• Prepare freight quotations, follow up on inquiries, and convert leads into business.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and resolve service\-related issues.
• Follow up with existing and prospective customers to generate repeat business.

• *Requirements:**

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or sales; logistics experience preferred.
• Good communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of air, sea, and land freight operations.

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
