About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer\-focused **Design \& Customer Care Executives** and **Interior Designers / Site Supervisors** to join our team in Mumbai. If you have experience in interior design, site execution, customer handling, and project coordination, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections and understand client requirements, preferences, and budgets.
• Suggest suitable interior solutions including wallcoverings, furnishings, floorings, mattresses, customized furniture, and related products.
• Develop design concepts, prepare cost estimates, and create BOQs.
• Coordinate with vendors, project managers, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Manage projects from concept to completion while maintaining quality standards.
• Handle client meetings, resolve escalations, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Monitor on\-site work and ensure timely project delivery.

• *Requirements**

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum **3 years of experience** in interior design, site supervision, or project execution.
• Experience in BOQ preparation, estimation, and material selection.
• Excellent communication and customer\-handling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.
• Willingness to travel for site visits within Mumbai.
