- *Job Overview**
We are looking for an experienced **Regional Business Manager (RBM)** to lead **Franchise Development and Business Expansion** in the **School/K\-12 Education sector**. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in franchise acquisition, partner management, and regional business growth.
- *Key Responsibilities**
- Drive franchise acquisition and expansion across assigned regions.
- Identify and onboard new franchise partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with franchisees and educational institutions.
- Support franchise partners with onboarding, operations, and admissions growth.
- Monitor franchise performance and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Conduct market research to identify expansion opportunities.
- Achieve regional business and revenue targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure franchise success.
- Travel across the assigned region as required.
- *Mandatory Requirements**
- **6\+ years of experience** in **Franchise Development**.
- **School/K\-12/Education industry experience is mandatory.**
- Proven experience in franchise acquisition, business development, and regional expansion.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
Pay: ₹40,000\.00 \- ₹50,000\.00 per month
