Job Description

We are looking for Desktop Support Engineers to provide technical assistance and support for computer systems, hardware, software and network\-related issues. Freshers and candidates with basic technical knowledge are welcome to apply.

Roles \& Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for desktop and laptop systems.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software\-related issues.
• Install and configure operating systems and applications.
• Assist users with basic network connectivity issues.
• Identify and resolve technical problems.
• Maintain IT equipment and system records.
• Coordinate with the technical team for issue resolution.
• Provide timely technical assistance to users.

Eligibility Criteria

• Freshers and candidates with basic technical knowledge can apply.
• Basic understanding of computer hardware and software.
• Knowledge of Windows operating systems is preferred.
• Basic networking knowledge is an advantage.
• ITI, Diploma or Graduate qualification in a relevant field is preferred.
• Good communication and troubleshooting skills.

Salary Details

• **Fresher / Basic Knowledge:** ₹2\.40 LPA (CTC).
• **Experienced:** ₹3 LPA (CTC).

Working Hours

General Shift: 10 AM to 7 PM.
