Job Summary

We are hiring freshers for the Zomato Process on priority. You will handle customer interactions for the process, using clear and confident English. Full training is provided, so no prior experience is needed.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries and resolve them professionally
• Communicate clearly and politely in English
• Follow process guidelines and quality standards
• Meet daily targets and performance requirements
• Complete the 10\-day training programme

Eligibility

• Pure freshers only (no prior work experience)
• 12th pass, undergraduates, students currently pursuing a degree, and graduates are all eligible
• Excellent English communication skills (mandatory)
• Willing to work 6 days a week
