Electrician (Real Estate)

Job Responsibilities

Perform electrical installation, maintenance, and repair work in residential and commercial properties.

Handle electrical wiring, switches, sockets, MCBs, distribution boards (DBs), and lighting fixtures.

Identify and troubleshoot electrical faults in flats and common areas.

Install and maintain fans, lights, exhaust fans, and other electrical fittings.

Carry out routine inspections and preventive maintenance of electrical systems.

Assist in the maintenance of electrical panels, pumps, and common\-area lighting.

Coordinate with site engineers and maintenance supervisors.

Ensure electrical safety standards and timely completion of assigned work.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 2 Years of experience in electrical installation or maintenance.

Experience in real estate projects, residential societies, or commercial buildings preferred.

Basic knowledge of electrical wiring, fault detection, and troubleshooting.

Ability to use electrical testing tools and equipment.

ITI Electrician certification preferred.

Hardworking, punctual, and responsible.

Immediate joiners preferred.

Salary: Up to ₹25000 per month (Based on Experience and Skills)

Work Location: Opera Garden, Zirakpur
