Job Summary

The Estimation Engineer – Finishing will be responsible for quantity estimation, BOQ preparation, budgeting, and cost analysis for architectural and finishing works of high\-rise residential projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare BOQs and quantity take\-offs for finishing works.
• Estimate costs for flooring, tiling, marble, painting, waterproofing, false ceiling, aluminium, glazing, joinery, doors, windows, and interior finishes.
• Review architectural drawings and specifications.
• Conduct rate analysis and prepare cost estimates.
• Evaluate vendor and subcontractor quotations.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Contracts, and Site teams.
• Prepare tender documents and commercial comparisons.
• Identify value engineering opportunities.
• Maintain estimation reports and documentation.

Qualification

Pay: ₹50,000\.00 \- ₹80,000\.00 per month
