• *Job Summary**

The Estimation Engineer – MEP will be responsible for preparing cost estimates, BOQs, quantity take\-offs, and tender documentation for Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, HVAC, and ELV systems for high\-rise residential projects.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Prepare BOQs and quantity take\-offs from MEP drawings.
• Estimate costs for Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, HVAC, ELV, STP, WTP, DG, and related MEP systems.
• Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications.
• Prepare detailed rate analysis and cost estimates.
• Evaluate vendor and subcontractor quotations.
• Coordinate with Design, Procurement, Contracts, and Project teams.
• Prepare technical and commercial bid comparisons.
• Support budgeting and value engineering initiatives.
• Maintain estimation records and MIS reports.

Pay: ₹50,000\.00 \- ₹80,000\.00 per month
