• *Job Summary**

The Estimation Engineer – RCC will be responsible for preparing quantity take\-offs, BOQs, cost estimates, rate analysis, and tender documentation for RCC and structural works of high\-rise residential projects. The role requires strong technical knowledge of structural drawings, cost estimation, and commercial evaluation.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Prepare BOQs and quantity take\-offs from RCC drawings.
• Estimate costs for RCC works including concrete, reinforcement steel, shuttering, excavation, and foundation works.
• Prepare detailed rate analysis and cost comparisons.
• Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications.
• Prepare technical and commercial bid documents.
• Coordinate with Design, Procurement, Contracts, and Project teams.
• Evaluate subcontractor quotations and prepare comparative statements.
• Assist in budgeting, value engineering, and cost optimization.
• Maintain estimation records and MIS reports.

Pay: ₹50,000\.00 \- ₹80,000\.00 per month
