We are looking for an energetic and target\-oriented Field Recruiter to manage blue\-collar hiring for Chai Waale outlets across Chennai. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely joining of operational staff.

• Conduct regular field visits to source candidates through local networks, job portals, WhatsApp groups, referrals, and recruitment drives.
• Recruit Tea Masters, Kitchen Staff, Helpers, Cashiers, Service Staff, Housekeeping Staff, and other outlet\-level employees.
• Coordinate with Area Managers and Operations Teams to understand outlet\-wise manpower requirements and fulfil vacancies.
• Handle bulk recruitment and urgent staffing requirements for existing outlets and new store openings.
• Screen candidates based on experience, skills, salary expectations, location preferences, and joining availability.
• Coordinate interviews, practical assessments, selection processes, and joining formalities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local communities, employment agencies, training institutes, and manpower consultants.
• Follow up with selected candidates to ensure timely joining and minimize candidate dropouts.
• Maintain candidate databases, outlet\-wise vacancy trackers, and daily recruitment reports.
• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.
• Monitor new joiners and coordinate replacements when required.
• Candidates should have 2–4 years of experience in field recruitment, blue\-collar hiring, or bulk manpower sourcing.
• Experience in QSR, hospitality, restaurants, or retail recruitment will be an added advantage.
• Good communication skills in Tamil and basic English are preferred.
• Must be willing to travel extensively across Chennai for recruitment activities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets is preferred.
• Two\-wheeler with a valid driving licence is preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
