Berkley Škoda is looking for a dynamic, result\-oriented and strategically driven **Head – Finance \& Accounts** to lead our finance function and play a pivotal role in strengthening business performance, financial discipline and organisational growth.

We are seeking a seasoned finance professional who combines strong financial acumen with strategic thinking, leadership capabilities and a deep understanding of automobile dealership operations.

• *KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

• **Financial Leadership:** Lead the complete Finance \& Accounts function, ensuring financial accuracy, transparency and operational efficiency.
• **Strategic Planning:** Drive budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and business performance analysis.
• **Profitability Management:** Monitor dealership profitability, revenue streams, margins, expenses and cost optimisation.
• **MIS \& Reporting:** Develop timely and meaningful MIS reports, dashboards and financial insights for management decision\-making.
• **Working Capital Management:** Effectively manage cash flows, fund utilisation, banking relationships and working capital requirements.
• **Compliance \& Governance:** Ensure statutory compliance, GST, TDS, income tax, audits and adherence to applicable financial regulations.
• **Internal Controls:** Establish robust financial controls, strengthen processes and minimise financial risks.
• **Team Leadership:** Lead, mentor and develop the finance team while fostering accountability and performance excellence.
• **Business Partnership:** Work closely with management, sales, service, spare parts and other departments to improve financial outcomes.

• *CANDIDATE PROFILE**

• CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent professional qualification.
• 7–15 years of relevant experience, preferably with exposure to automobile dealerships, automotive retail or the automobile industry.
• Strong command over financial planning, accounting, taxation, GST, audits and financial controls.
• Excellent knowledge of MIS, budgeting, profitability analysis and working capital management.
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage teams and drive process improvements.
• Strong analytical, communication, decision\-making and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel is essential.
