Finance Secretary

We are looking for a **Finance Secretary** to provide financial and administrative support to the Managing Director. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting knowledge, experience in MIS reporting, statutory compliance, and financial analysis, with the ability to work in a fast\-paced environment while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and management dashboards.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Monitor cash flow and prepare financial reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
• Perform bank reconciliations, ledger scrutiny, and vendor account reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and financial documentation.
• Support the Managing Director with financial analysis and business insights.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and reporting.
• Handle confidential financial information with professionalism.

• *Qualifications**

• Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CA Inter (Pursuing/Completed) or CA Qualified.

• *Experience**

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Finance, Accounting, Audit, or MIS Reporting.
