Job Description
Manage end\-to\-end recruitment and hiring processes.
Source candidates through job portals, recruitment consultants, and employee referrals.
Screen resumes and coordinate interview schedules.
Conduct HR interviews and coordinate final interview rounds.
Manage offer roll\-out and onboarding of new employees.
Maintain employee documentation and HR records.
Handle attendance and leave management.
Drive employee engagement initiatives and address employee grievances.
Support performance management and probation review processes.
Prepare and maintain HR reports and MIS.
Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.
Coordinate employee exit formalities and full \& final settlement.
Pay: ₹40,000\.00 \- ₹50,000\.00 per month
