HR Head : Manufacturing

• *Job Summary:**

Responsible for leading the Human Resources function, developing HR strategies, managing workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee relations, statutory compliance, performance management, and organizational development to support business objectives.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Lead and manage all HR operations and strategic HR initiatives
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, workforce planning, and talent management
• Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, factory regulations, and statutory requirements
• Drive performance management, training, and employee development programs
• Manage compensation, benefits, payroll coordination, and HR budgeting
• Support organizational growth, culture building, and employee engagement initiatives
• Advise management on HR strategies and workforce\-related matters
• Lead and mentor the HR team

• *Skills Required:**

• Strong knowledge of HR operations and labor laws
• Experience in industrial relations (IR) and statutory compliance
• Leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict\-resolution abilities
• Strategic thinking and problem\-solving skills

• *Qualification \& Experience:**

• MBA / PGDM in Human Resources preferred
• 10–15\+ years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment
• Minimum 5 years in a senior HR leadership role

• *Preferred Experience:**

• Experience in manufacturing plants, factories, engineering, automotive, FMCG, or industrial organizations
• Strong exposure to Industrial Relations (IR), Factory Act compliance, labor law compliance, workforce planning, and employee engagement

Pay: ₹90,000\.00 \- ₹150,000\.00 per month
