The HR Helpdesk Agent position is for a leading MNC IT client based in Bangalore. In this Tier 1 role, you will be the primary point of contact for handling HR-related queries, predominantly via telephone, from employees, managers, vendors, and third parties. You will address questions concerning HR policies, employee data, payroll, benefits, learning and development, time & attendance, and other standard HR topics. The core objective is to resolve issues accurately and efficiently on the first contact, adhering strictly to defined procedures, instructions, and the knowledge base. This role demands mandatory participation in a 24/7 rotational shift schedule. Furthermore, a five-day work-from-office commitment is a non-negotiable requirement. Candidates with 1 to 6 years of experience in BPO bands 1/2/3 are invited to apply for a salary package up to 9 LPA.
