We are seeking an HR Helpdesk Agent for a major MNC IT client, with openings in both Mumbai and Bangalore. As a Tier 1 support professional, your key responsibility is to manage incoming HR queries—mainly phone calls—from the client's workforce, line managers, and external partners. Using established protocols and the central knowledge base, you will provide accurate information on subjects like HR policies, payroll, benefits administration, employee data management, learning programs, and timekeeping. A strong focus on first-call resolution within specified timelines is essential. The position requires working a rotational shift pattern to ensure 24/7 coverage. Additionally, a mandatory five-day office attendance is required. Suitable applicants have 1 to 6 years of relevant BPO experience (bands 1/2/3) and can expect a compensation of up to 9 LPA.
