We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter with a strong background in core hiring to join our HR team at Catalyst Education, Calicut. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience in end\-to\-end recruitment and the ability to source and hire suitable candidates for various positions.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Handle end\-to\-end recruitment for multiple departments.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Conduct initial screening and schedule interviews.
• Manage recruitment for both junior\-level and senior\-level positions.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
• Follow up with shortlisted candidates and ensure timely closures.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates.

• *Requirements:**

• 1–2 years of experience in HR recruitment.
• Mandatory experience in core hiring.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet hiring targets.
• Candidates based in or willing to work in Kochi.
