• *Job Description – HR Recruiter (Facility Management \& Data Center Operations)**

• *Position Summary:**

We are looking for an experienced **HR Recruiter** to join our Facility Management company. The ideal candidate will specialize in recruiting for technical roles such as **electrical maintenance, data center operations, and facility management staff**. This role requires strong sourcing skills, technical understanding, and the ability to manage end\-to\-end recruitment processes.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Handle **end\-to\-end recruitment** for technical and non\-technical roles in facility management, including **Electrical Technicians, Data Center Operators, Facility Engineers, and Support Staff**.
• Source candidates through **job portals, social media, referrals, and campus drives**.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical panels.
• Maintain candidate pipelines for critical roles in **electrical \& data center operations**.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
• Manage **offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and onboarding formalities**.
• Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and labor regulations.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and MIS data.
• Support HR team in **employee engagement and retention initiatives**.

• *Qualifications \& Skills:**

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA in HR preferred).
• **2–5 years of recruitment experience** in facility management, technical services, or data center hiring.
• Strong knowledge of **technical skillsets** (electrical, HVAC, data center operations, BMS, UPS, etc.).
• Proven ability to source candidates using multiple platforms.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and reporting skills.

Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 per month
