XtecGlobal is looking for a dynamic and results\-driven **Inside Sales Specialist** with experience handling international clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a consultative sales approach, and the ability to convert leads into successful sales while achieving targets.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Engage with international leads through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
• Generate business opportunities and convert qualified leads into successful sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, follow\-ups, and sales activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
• Prepare sales reports, pipeline updates, and performance metrics.
• Stay updated on industry trends and market opportunities.

• *Requirements**

• 2–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, International Sales, or Tele\-sales.
• **Prior experience handling international clients is mandatory.**
• Candidates must be comfortable communicating in Punjabi.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong sales, negotiation, objection\-handling, and closing skills.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
• Self\-motivated, target\-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage.
• A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
