IT Executive

• *Job Overview:** We are looking for a skilled and proactive **IT Executive** to manage our office IT infrastructure, ensure system uptime, and handle day\-to\-day technical issues. The ideal candidate will be a hands\-on troubleshooter capable of managing everything from hardware repairs to software installations and network security.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• **Hardware Maintenance:** Diagnose, repair, and maintain computers, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
• **CCTV \& Security:** Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot CCTV surveillance systems and recording servers.
• **Server Management:** Handle routine server maintenance, data backups, and user access controls.
• **Software \& Systems:** Install, update, and configure operating systems (Windows/Mac) and business software applications.
• **Helpdesk Support:** Provide prompt day\-to\-day technical troubleshooting and support to local staff.
• **Network Support:** Assist in managing local network connectivity (Wi\-Fi, LAN, routers, and switches).

• *Requirements \& Qualifications**

• **Experience:** Proven experience in IT support, hardware repair, and systems administration.
• **Technical Skills:** Hands\-on expertise with CCTV setups, printer configurations, and server environments.
• **Problem\-Solving:** Strong troubleshooting skills with a quick turnaround time for technical issues.
• **Education:** Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, IT, Hardware Networking, or a related field is preferred.
• **Location:** Must be comfortable commuting to or residing near Bais Godam, Jaipur.
