• *Job Summary**

We are looking for a motivated Junior Purchase Executive to support the procurement team in sourcing materials, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring the timely availability of materials required for production.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Assist in sourcing materials and obtaining quotations from vendors.
• Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs).
• Follow up with suppliers for timely delivery of materials.
• Coordinate with production, stores, and accounts departments.
• Maintain purchase records, vendor details, and documentation.
• Compare quotations and prepare price comparison statements.
• Monitor material requirements and support inventory management.
• Ensure quality and quantity of received materials as per purchase orders.
• Resolve delivery\-related issues with suppliers.
• Support the senior purchase team in daily procurement activities.

• *Required Skills**

• Basic knowledge of purchasing and procurement processes.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to maintain records and documentation accurately.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Willingness to learn and work in a manufacturing environment.

• *Qualification**

• Any Bachelor's Degree (B.Com, BBA, B.Sc, B.E., or equivalent).
• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.

• *Preferred Skills**

• Basic knowledge of ERP software is an added advantage.
• Experience in manufacturing, SPM, or automation industry is preferred.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with vendors and internal departments.
