Material Coordinator

SAMMS TECH SPM AUTOMATION is looking for a proactive Material Follow\-Up Executive to manage material planning, stock monitoring, and supplier coordination. The ideal candidate should ensure the timely availability of materials for production while maintaining accurate inventory records and monitoring material movement.

• *Roles \& Responsibilities**

• Monitor and maintain raw material, consumable, and finished goods stock.
• Track material inward and outward movements and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate with suppliers for material procurement and delivery follow\-up.
• Ensure timely availability of materials to support production schedules.
• Prepare Material Inward and Outward reports on a daily basis.
• Update stock registers and inventory records in Excel/ERP.
• Coordinate with the Purchase, Production, Stores, and Accounts departments.
• Verify material receipts against Purchase Orders and Delivery Challans.
• Follow up on pending materials and expedite delayed deliveries.
• Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels to prevent shortages.
• Maintain proper documentation for GRN, invoices, and delivery records.
• Support periodic stock verification and inventory audits.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of materials in the store.

• *Required Skills**

• Knowledge of Inventory and Stock Management.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel.
• Strong communication and follow\-up skills.
• Basic understanding of Purchase and Store operations.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Good organizational and time management skills.

• *Preferred Experience**

• 1–3 years of experience in Material Follow\-Up, Stores, Inventory, or Supply Chain.
• Experience in an SPM, Manufacturing, or Industrial Automation company is preferred.
