Graduates, preferably MBAs with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience; candidates with higher experience will be considered for suitable roles. Preferably from Telecom/ISP industry.
Demonstrated expertise as a Key Account Manager with a proactive approach in a B2B service industry or a similar client\-facing role within the technology sector.
Strong proficiency in key account management, presentation delivery, communication, and relationship\-building.

**Role \& responsibilities**
**Develop and maintain strong relationships with Key Customers, understanding their business objectives, and aligning them with our cutting\-edge technology solutions.**
Perform daily Customer visits \& Updation of CVR \& Asianet Account Information System. **Identify upselling and cross\-selling opportunities, delivering innovative solutions that provide added value and contribute to the company's sales targets.**
Act as a customer contact point within the organization, ensuring client feedback is heard and acted upon to reach win\-win resolutions and enhance service delivery.
**Create and execute strategic account plans to maximize revenue and profitability from key accounts while meeting Customers' evolving needs.**
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics, providing Customers with valuable insights and positioning them for success.
**Collaborate with internal teams, including product development and marketing, to deliver seamless service and solutions to key accounts.**
Adhere to 100% CAF/ Customer Documentation and Payment collection compliance and updation.
