• *Job Summary**

SAMMS TECH SPM \& AUTOMATION is looking for a proactive **Material Coordinator** to manage material follow\-up, coordinate with internal departments and suppliers, and ensure timely availability of materials for project execution. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, follow\-up, and coordination skills to support the successful completion of SPM machine projects.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Coordinate with the Purchase, Design, Production, Assembly, Stores, and Quality teams.
• Track purchase orders and monitor material delivery schedules.
• Ensure materials are available as per the project plan.
• Update daily material status and pending material reports.
• Coordinate with vendors to resolve delivery delays and shortages.
• Maintain material tracking sheets and project progress reports.
• Support production by ensuring timely availability of required materials.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.
• Coordinate logistics and dispatch schedules when required.
• Maintain records of purchase orders, delivery schedules, and material receipts.
• Communicate project updates and material status to the Project Manager.

• Excellent communication and follow\-up skills.
• Strong coordination and organizational abilities.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to work with multiple departments and suppliers.
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing and project execution.
• Strong problem\-solving and time management skills.

• *Preferred Skills**

• Experience in manufacturing, SPM machines, or industrial automation.
• Knowledge of ERP software is an added advantage.
• Understanding of purchase, inventory, and material planning processes.
