MEP Manager

Job Description

Rohan Corporation is looking for an experienced and qualified **MEP Manager** to oversee Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) activities for construction projects. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, project management skills, and hands\-on experience in construction projects.

Educational Qualification

• BE / B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

Experience

• Minimum 8\+ years of relevant experience in MEP management.
• Must have prior experience in the construction industry.
• Experience in handling MEP works for commercial, residential, or large\-scale construction projects is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and supervise all MEP activities at construction sites.
• Coordinate electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and fire\-fighting works.
• Ensure MEP works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Coordinate with architects, structural teams, consultants, contractors, and other departments.
• Monitor project progress, quality, and safety standards.
• Review MEP drawings, BOQs, technical specifications, and material requirements.
• Ensure timely completion of MEP activities within the project budget.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues.
• Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and statutory requirements.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and construction practices.
• Excellent project planning and execution skills.
• Ability to manage contractors, vendors, and site teams.
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem\-solving skills.
• Ability to handle multiple project activities and meet deadlines.
