Operation Manager: Resort

• *Job Summary:**

Responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the resort, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, efficient departmental coordination, revenue growth, and adherence to hospitality standards.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Manage day\-to\-day resort operations including Front Office, Housekeeping, F\&B, Maintenance, and Guest Relations
• Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and service excellence
• Monitor occupancy, revenue, and operational performance
• Lead, train, and supervise department heads and operational teams
• Handle guest complaints and ensure prompt resolution
• Develop and implement operational SOPs and service standards
• Coordinate with Sales, Reservations, and Marketing teams to maximize revenue
• Monitor budgets, operational costs, and resource utilization
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and statutory regulations
• Prepare operational reports and present performance updates to management

• *Skills Required:**

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent guest relations and customer service abilities
• Knowledge of resort operations and hospitality standards
• Budgeting, cost control, and revenue management expertise
• Strong communication and problem\-solving skills

• *Qualification \& Experience:**

• Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or Business Administration
• 8–15 years of experience in hotel/resort operations
• Minimum 3–5 years in a managerial role

• *Preferred Experience:**

• Experience in resorts, luxury hotels, villas, boutique properties, or hospitality groups
• Strong exposure to Front Office, Reservations, OTA management, F\&B operations, and guest services
• Knowledge of PMS systems such as IDS, Opera, or similar software

Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹35,000\.00 per month
