We are seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist who is passionate about digital marketing and performance\-driven campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and analyzing paid marketing campaigns across multiple digital platforms to drive customer acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth. **Key Responsibilities*** Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across google ads, meta\-ads (Facebook \& Instagram), LinkedIn ads, and other relevant digital platforms.

• Monitor campaign performance and optimize key metrics including roas, cpa, cpl, ctr, conversion rate, and cac.
• Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, competitor analysis, and market research to maximize campaign performance
• Perform a/b testing on ad creatives, landing pages, audiences, and campaign strategies to improve conversion rates.
• Collaborate closely with the content, design, seo, social media, and sales teams to ensure integrated marketing campaigns.
• Manage advertising budgets efficiently to maximize ROI while maintaining cost efficiency.
• Track campaign performance using google analytics (ga4\), google tag manager (gtm), meta business suite, and other analytics tools.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices.
• Support website performance initiatives and work with development teams for tracking implementation and conversion optimization.

• *Required Skills \& Qualifications**

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, digital marketing, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of hands\-on experience in performance marketing, preferably in an e\-commerce, d2c, or digital agency. **Strong Knowledge Of**

• Google ads
• Meta\-ads manager
• LinkedIn Ads
• Google analytics (ga4\)
• Google tag manager (GTM)
• Google search console
• Experience with shopify or other e\-commerce platforms will be an added advantage
• Good understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, utm parameters, and attribution models
• Basic knowledge of seo and content marketing
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and generate actionable insights.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem\-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines in a fast\-paced environment.

• *Preferred Qualifications*** Google ads and meta blueprint certifications are a plus
• Experience with marketing automation or crm tools is an added advantage
• Knowledge of excel, looker studio, or other reporting and visualization tools.
