*About the Role**

We are seeking a proactive and relationship\-driven Placement Officer to build and maintain strong industry partnerships, create employment opportunities for students, and coordinate placement activities. This role offers the flexibility of remote work while requiring regular travel for company visits, employer meetings, networking events, and partnership development.

*Key Responsibilities**

Develop and maintain relationships with companies, HR professionals, recruiters, and industry partners.
Identify and secure placement opportunities, internships, and recruitment drives for students.
Conduct company visits and employer meetings to strengthen corporate partnerships.
Coordinate placement activities including interviews, recruitment drives, and campus hiring events.
Collaborate with trainers and academic teams to align student skills with industry requirements.
Track placement performance and maintain accurate records of employer interactions and student placements.
Stay updated on hiring trends, industry requirements, and emerging employment opportunities.
Represent the organization at networking events, career fairs, and industry meetings.
Support students with placement readiness initiatives and career guidance activities.

*Requirements**

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience in placements, corporate relations, business development, recruitment, or client relationship management is preferred.
Strong networking, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build long\-term relationships with employers and industry stakeholders.
Self\-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Willingness to travel regularly for company visits and partnership meetings.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools is an advantage.
