Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced L3 Network Engineer to manage and support enterprise networking environments, including SD\-WAN and virtualization technologies. The candidate will be responsible for handling complex networking issues, and ensuring successful delivery of projects of similar scale and complexity.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage L3\-level network support operations and technical teams

Design, implement, and troubleshoot enterprise network solutions

Manage and support SD\-WAN environments with virtualization technologies

Handle escalations and provide advanced troubleshooting for network issues

Ensure network availability, performance, and security compliance

Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams for project delivery

Plan, execute, and oversee networking projects of similar nature and scale

Maintain documentation, reports, and network diagrams

Ensure adherence to ITIL processes and service management frameworks

Mentor and guide L2/L1 engineers

Skills Required

Proven experience in handling similar networking/SD\-WAN projects

Certifications (Mandatory): CCNA \& CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional)

Certification in one of the following

ITIL

PMP

Technical Skills

Strong knowledge of routing and switching (L3 protocols)

Hands\-on experience with SD\-WAN technologies

Experience with network virtualization

Knowledge of firewalls, VPNs, and network security

Familiarity with multi\-vendor environments (Cisco, Juniper, etc.)

Experience with monitoring tools and network management systems
