Project Engineer (Civil)

• *Job description:**

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Project Engineer – Civil to manage and supervise construction projects from planning to completion. The candidate will be responsible for site execution, quality control, project coordination, manpower management, and ensuring timely completion of projects as per company standards and client requirements.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Supervise and manage day\-to\-day site execution activities.
• Ensure project work is completed as per drawings, specifications, and approved quality standards.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Prepare project schedules and monitor work progress to achieve timely completion.
• Handle site planning, material management, and workforce allocation.
• Monitor project quality, safety, and compliance with construction standards.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues at site.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports.
• Verify contractor bills, measurements, and work completion status.
• Ensure proper documentation of project activities and reports.
• Coordinate with procurement and store departments for timely material availability.
• Monitor project costs and reduce wastage at site.
• Ensure safety procedures and company policies are followed at all times.

• *Required Skills**

• Strong knowledge of civil construction and site execution.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and BOQ.
• Good leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem\-solving and decision\-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of project planning and reporting.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools is preferred.

• *Qualifications**

• Diploma / B.Tech / BE in Civil Engineering.
• 5–12 years of experience in civil and construction project execution.

• *Preferred Candidate Profile**

• Experience in residential, commercial, or industrial construction projects.
• Ability to independently manage construction sites.
• Strong coordination skills with consultants, subcontractors, and clients.
• Candidate willing to travel or relocate based on project requirements.

Pay: ₹35,000\.00 \- ₹40,000\.00 per month
