Site Engineer (Civil)

• *Job Summary**

We are looking for a skilled and detail\-oriented Site Engineer with 4–6 years of experience in the construction and architecture industry. The candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, ensuring quality execution, coordinating with project stakeholders, monitoring materials, maintaining site documentation, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

• *Key Duties \& Responsibilities**

1\. Site Execution \& Supervision

Supervise daily site activities and ensure work execution as per approved drawings and project specifications.

Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and site workers for smooth project execution.

Ensure proper allocation of manpower and resources at the site.

2\. Coordination \& Communication

Coordinate with architects, consultants, vendors, and internal departments regarding project requirements.

Attend project meetings and provide regular site updates to management.

Resolve site\-related technical and operational issues efficiently.

Maintain effective communication between site teams and management.

3\. Quality Control \& Workmanship

Ensure all work is executed according to quality standards and approved specifications.

Conduct regular inspections to monitor workmanship and material quality.

Identify defects or deviations and initiate corrective actions immediately.

Ensure adherence to company quality procedures and project standards.

4\. Material \& Inventory Management

Monitor material usage and prevent wastage at the site.

Coordinate material requirements and ensure timely availability of construction materials.

Maintain records of material receipts, consumption, and stock availability.

Verify delivered materials against approved specifications and quantities.

5\. Reporting \& Documentation

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site progress reports.

Maintain proper documentation of site activities, work progress, and inspections.

Record project updates, material consumption, and workforce attendance.

Ensure all project\-related documents are updated and properly filed.

6\. Safety \& Compliance

Ensure compliance with company safety policies and construction regulations.

Monitor site safety practices and ensure proper use of PPE by workers.

Conduct regular safety inspections and report unsafe conditions.

Ensure work execution follows approved safety and compliance standards.

• *Required Skills \& Competencies**

• Strong knowledge of construction methods and site execution processes.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documents.
• Good coordination, communication, and problem\-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Knowledge of quality control and safety procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project coordination tools.

• *Educational Qualification**

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.

• *Preferred Candidate Profile**

• Experience in construction, architecture, or interior project execution.
• Ability to handle multiple site activities efficiently.Strong attention to detail and project coordination capability.
• Willingness to travel and work at project sites as required.

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
