Project Head : Residential

• *Job Summary:**

Responsible for leading and overseeing end\-to\-end residential construction projects, ensuring timely completion, quality execution, budget control, and coordination among all stakeholders.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of residential projects
• Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and quality standards
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and government authorities
• Monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to project schedules
• Review drawings, BOQs, estimates, contracts, and project documentation
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, statutory requirements, and quality standards
• Resolve technical, operational, and project\-related challenges
• Conduct project review meetings and provide updates to management
• Manage project costs and optimize resource utilization
• Lead and mentor project teams to achieve project objectives

• *Skills Required:**

• Strong leadership and project management skills
• Excellent knowledge of residential construction and site execution
• Expertise in budgeting, planning, billing, and cost control
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Problem\-solving and decision\-making skills

• *Qualification \& Experience:**

• BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering
• 12–18 years of experience in residential construction projects
• Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role

• *Preferred Experience:**

• Experience in apartments, villas, townships, high\-rise buildings, and large residential developments
• Knowledge of project planning tools, contract management, estimation, billing, and quality control

Pay: ₹75,000\.00 \- ₹100,000\.00 per month
