### **Relationship Manager**

We are seeking a highly motivated and results\-oriented Relationship Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and nurturing strong, long\-lasting relationships with a portfolio of clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to help them achieve their financial or business objectives. This role requires a proactive individual with exceptional communication skills, a deep understanding of client management, and a proven track record in driving client satisfaction and business growth.

#### **Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and maintain strong, trust\-based relationships with a designated portfolio of clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
  • Understand clients' needs, objectives, and challenges through regular communication and in\-depth analysis.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the existing client base and through referrals.
  • Present and cross\-sell relevant products, services, and solutions that align with client requirements and company offerings.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure seamless client experience and solution delivery.
  • Monitor client accounts, identify potential risks or opportunities, and develop strategies to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and reports to clients, clearly articulating value propositions.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of agreements, ensuring mutual satisfaction and adherence to company policies.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices to provide informed advice to clients.
  • Resolve client inquiries, issues, and complaints efficiently and effectively, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Maintain accurate and up\-to\-date client records and activity logs within the CRM system.
