Relationship Manager – Real Estate

About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and customer\-oriented **Relationship Manager – Real Estate** to drive sales for residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding customer requirements, conducting site visits, and converting leads into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle sales of residential and commercial real estate projects.
- Attend and follow up on leads generated through various marketing channels.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable property options.
- Conduct client meetings, project presentations, and site visits.
- Build and maintain long\-term relationships with clients.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from inquiry to booking and closure.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system regularly.
- Coordinate with CRM, legal, and operations teams for seamless documentation and booking.
- Resolve customer queries and provide excellent pre\-sales and post\-sales support.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new project launches.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation and sales closing abilities.
- Customer relationship management skills.
- Knowledge of residential and commercial real estate sales.
- Ability to work in a target\-driven environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- MBA in Marketing or Sales will be an added advantage.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 2–3\+ years of experience in real estate sales.
- Experience in handling residential and commercial projects.
- Strong customer handling and relationship\-building skills.
- Self\-motivated, target\-oriented, and result\-driven.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
