About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and customer\-focused **Senior Relationship Manager – Real Estate** to manage and nurture client relationships while driving sales for residential and commercial real estate projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling qualified leads, conducting site visits, providing property consultation, and ensuring seamless customer experiences from inquiry to closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage sales of residential and commercial real estate projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable property options.
- Conduct client meetings, project presentations, and site visits.
- Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to booking and deal closure.
- Follow up with clients to maximize conversions and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system regularly.
- Coordinate with CRM, legal, finance, and operations teams for smooth documentation and transaction processing.
- Develop business through referrals, repeat customers, and channel partners.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new project launches.
- Resolve customer queries and provide post\-sales support when required.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of residential and commercial real estate sales.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Client relationship management and customer service orientation.
- Strong sales closing and objection\-handling abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
- Ability to work in a target\-driven environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- MBA in Marketing or Sales will be an added advantage.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 3–6 years of experience in residential and commercial real estate sales.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the Lucknow real estate market.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship\-building skills.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
