• *About the Role**

Dyneton is looking for an experienced and result\-oriented Sales Manager for the Kolkata location. The candidate will be responsible for handling B2B sales, managing the sales team, generating revenue, and helping SMEs grow their business through Alibaba.com’s global platform.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Manage and lead the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
• Generate new business opportunities through field sales and client meetings
• Handle B2B sales for Alibaba.com services and solutions
• Train and motivate team members for better performance
• Conduct client presentations and explain Alibaba.com packages
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
• Track daily sales activities and prepare performance reports
• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth onboarding and client support
• Ensure target achievement and revenue growth for the region

• *Required Skills**

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Experience in B2B sales and team handling
• Leadership and people management skills
• Good understanding of sales processes and client management
• Ability to work under targets and deadlines
• Knowledge of digital sales or e\-commerce industry will be an added advantage

• *Eligibility Criteria**

• Graduate or MBA preferred
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales/team handling
• Experience in B2B, Digital Marketing, SaaS, Internet Sales, or E\-commerce preferred
