About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result\-oriented **Sales Manager – Real Estate** to drive sales of **Residential and Commercial Projects**. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating business, managing client relationships, conducting site visits, and achieving sales targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales for residential and commercial real estate projects.
  • Generate and convert leads through various sales channels.
  • Conduct client meetings, project presentations, and site visits.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable property options.
  • Build and maintain long\-term relationships with clients and channel partners.
  • Handle the complete sales cycle from inquiry to booking and deal closure.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms to maximize conversions.
  • Ensure timely follow\-up with prospective clients and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Update customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate with the CRM, legal, and operations teams for seamless documentation and booking.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new project launches.

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of residential and commercial real estate sales.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong client relationship and customer management abilities.
  • Ability to generate business and close high\-value deals.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
  • Target\-oriented with strong problem\-solving skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA preferred).
  • Certification in Sales or Real Estate will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • 3–6 years of experience in residential and commercial real estate sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the local real estate market.
  • Experience in handling end\-to\-end sales processes.
  • Immediate joiners will be preferred.
