About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result\-oriented **Sales Manager – Real Estate** to drive sales of **Residential and Commercial Projects**. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating business, managing client relationships, conducting site visits, and achieving sales targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales for residential and commercial real estate projects.
- Generate and convert leads through various sales channels.
- Conduct client meetings, project presentations, and site visits.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable property options.
- Build and maintain long\-term relationships with clients and channel partners.
- Handle the complete sales cycle from inquiry to booking and deal closure.
- Negotiate pricing and terms to maximize conversions.
- Ensure timely follow\-up with prospective clients and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Update customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the CRM, legal, and operations teams for seamless documentation and booking.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new project launches.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of residential and commercial real estate sales.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong client relationship and customer management abilities.
- Ability to generate business and close high\-value deals.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
- Target\-oriented with strong problem\-solving skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- Certification in Sales or Real Estate will be an added advantage.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 3–6 years of experience in residential and commercial real estate sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the local real estate market.
- Experience in handling end\-to\-end sales processes.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
